I would have to say my love for being in the kitchen came from my mother. Growing up she would have us chop, dice, mince and peel to help prepare family meals and enlist myself and brothers to make dinners each week - smart, Mom.

Over the past few years I've been told many times to create a place to share my cooking so I took that step! I tend to add my own creativity to a lot of dishes, which is why I want to take the time to write down my notes so I can share with others - you!  My hope is to bring inspiration to your kitchen and help you by talking through techniques, sharing ideas and making good food together!
